You will learn and actually master the five most powerful lifts:

  1. Bench Press - Build pressing power and sculpt your upper body.
  2. Deadlift - Strengthen your posterior chain and posture like a boss.
  3. Barbell Squat - Unlock your mobility and grow strength
  4. Military Press - Forge shoulder stability and control.
  5. Barbell Row - Balance your strength and build that strong from every angle back.

Each phase of the camp is immersive, educational, and hands-on:

  • Biomechanics Breakdown: I will explain how each lift works, what fires, why it matters, and how to avoid pain.
  • Demonstration: I will show you exactly how to execute perfect form.
  • Preparation: You will learn how to warm up like a pro and set your body for performance.
  • Execution and Coaching: You will lift under my guidance, every setup, rep, and cue, so you leave stronger, safer, and more confident.
