Most people who set health & fitness goals never reach them. This can be for a multitude of reasons, but most of those reasons involve a “lack of know how” regarding the strategies that MUST be implemented to see scalable and LONG LASTING change.
Strength camp will take the science and proven methods to educate a small group of passionate people with the information on HOW to correctly approach their goals. We will start with the correct way to goal set and the strategies for keeping track of progress.
We'll then go over specific strategies on how to execute specific compound movements and which workouts you should be doing to achieve your goals.
To wrap up, we will go over nutrition and eating and will educate participants on other tools they may need to benefit from reaching their health and fitness goals.
