ALRIGHT! It’s summertime and you know what that means, suns out guns out. Although summer may have started doesn’t mean that there is no hope for getting in better pool and sunshine shape.
The onslaught of COVID-19 derailed us all without doubt. If YOU are like the majority, your health and fitness goals may have suffered. It is actually ok and understandable. Having ABSOLUTLEY NO GYM access for months can have that effect. To top it off, many hours may have been spent on the coach packing in the goods. Again, this is ok. BUT summer is here, and the time has presented itself to make the goals a priority again.
