As part of this challenge you get:

  3. Group Coaching: ALL participants will get access and be welcome to attend group coaching.
  4. 1 on 1 Coaching: 1 on 1 coaching is designed for you to get personalized attention. This type of coaching is to help people discover the specific steps they need to take to have viable success, identify specific limits or obstacles, and get feedback on questions regarding food/workout specific to their personal journey.

By participating participants agree to the following terms:

  1. Contestants MUST complete registration and RSVP (text msg) to onboarding.
  2. Participants MUST agree to the terms from NattFitness LLC. licensing for use of their story and message for marketing and social media (if applicable).
  3. Participants agree to schedule 1st check-in at the time of NattFitness On-Boarding for their 1st free coaching check-in.
  4. Participants MUST complete their short-term and long-term goals list.
  5. Participants agree to engage, support and HAVE FUN within the challenge community.
