With over 14 years of experience, Nick has learned, practiced, and developed a single, powerhouse “life transformation” method incorporating philosophies from multiple disciplines in health, fitness and personal development that is guaranteed to create results.
His method stems from the fundamentals of weight training, speed and agility training, Pilates, sports nutrition, body building, martial arts, psychology, and so much more.
With the effective combination of such varied methods, it’s obvious why Nick has become an industry leader in such a short time.

A Young Hustler and National Competitor

By the age of 28, Nick had already taken the fitness industry by storm.

Accomplishing one of his life’s dream, he opened an 8,400 ft2 gym in Denver, CO, became a signed pro fitness model, and a top ranked national level physique athlete for the National Physique Committee (NPC).

Since then, he has helped hundreds of individuals develop strategies that created such incredible breakthroughs in their minds and bodies that they will never be the same.

And Natt is just getting started.

The Hero’s Journey Begins

From the outside, Nick may appear like an overnight success. But, do not be fooled by the flashing lights.
One of Nick’s core beliefs that has served as a foundational block for NattFitness is that “Success takes time.”
Progressing your life from “0 to Hero” takes time. Like the majority of people in our society, Nick’s life was once permeated by severely limiting beliefs. These beliefs were like chains that he could not break away from, holding him hostage in a life that wasn’t of his choosing.
Lack of confidence, low self-esteem and image, financial struggle, and even fears from past failures crippled Natt and left him hopeless and alone. However, after enduring many feats, challenges,and setbacks he never believed he could overcome, something changed.

Achieving Success

Call it a breakthrough, a revelation, or ‘enlightenment’, Natt experienced a shift in his beliefs that has shaped the very core of who he is and the mission that he is on today.

That belief is that, “Your life is a mere reflection of the perceptions you choose to focus on.”
Quickly realizing in that moment that life wasn’t what he wanted because all his time was spent doing and believing things he didn’t want, Nick made a decision and never looked back.

What was that decision?
The decision to become a success from the inside out. This is the third and final belief that NattFitness is built on:
“That all of the successes life has to offer must first start with an internal success developed in your mind.”

Why We Do What We Do

Most people, regardless of demographics or backgrounds experience the same problems in their health and fitness.

What is that story?
